The Stubai Valley boasts a health trail for both walkers and runners which will inspire both beginners and professionals alike. The Walking and Fitness Trail stretches 5 km from the leisure centre in Neustift to Krößbach. Along the way you’ll find information boards with tips about the best way to train and walk correctly. At the halfway point you’ll also find a so-called invigoration point with exercises that benefit the muscles, stretching exercises, distance information and a pulse chart.
